Stereotyping and bias stifles individual and organizational growth. The training video “Diversity: Don't Judge a Bird by Its Feathers” using animation to illustrate the impact labeling has on a workforce. Once cataloguing is abandoned it is liberating for everyone.

The video explores the benefits of creating an inclusive work atmosphere. Our preferences for people who are “like” us create feelings of isolation among others. The best ideas often come from unexpected sources. Challenges we may attempt to avoid by not participating in diverse groups may be lost opportunities. This is just a snapshot of what's included in this program.

Participants learn how to use personal differences to benefit the team. The effect of diverse collaborations is amplified productivity.
