Writing to Get Things Done: Identifying Ineffective Writing Styles (Spanish)

This Activity is part of the 'Writing to Get Things Done Toolkit'. It would complement our other courses on Communication.

This Activity begins with a short instructional video to introduce the topic and prepares the learner to implement the rest of the activity. Learners follow narrated implementation steps to develop the new skill. Learners can access the interactive job aid to capture important information during the course implementation. After implementing each step on the job, learners should take the self-assessment to earn credit for the course.
