This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Create team innovation norms and expectations.

This action is made for managers and is designed to help increase innovation. As a manager you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will create team innovation norms and expectations. You will meet with your team to discuss being innovative at work and to create team innovation norms and expectations.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 3 to 4 hours.

Managers
