Diversity, Respect, and Legal Compliance

This video training course, part of the “TAKEAWAY” for Managers™ series, is for managers to learn about diversity and respect in the workplace. This course teaches viewers how to be respectful and encourage employees to be respectful to others in a diverse workplace. The course walks managers through cultural competency, battling the unconscious bias, and the meaning of respect. Examples are shown to increase awareness of when workplace actions could be improved toward diversity.

Use this training to educate managers about how to understand and respect diversity in the workplace. Educated managers are better able to appropriately and productively manage a diverse work environment.
