Subtle Sexual Harassment: The Issue is Respect

What one person deems appropriate might deeply offend another. This training helps uncover the differences between subtle, quid pro quo, and hostile sexual harassment. The course demonstrates some of the issues involved in different types of sexual harassment.

The training is divided into eleven sections; Introduction, The Costs of Sexual Harassment, Differing Values, Types of Harassment, Power Inequities, A Culture of Harassment, Mixed Messages, A Lose-Lose situation, The Hostile Environment, The Investigation, and Conclusion . The video also encourages employees to speak up to those who are making them feel uncomfortable. Use this course to help employees gain a better understanding of how their behaviors affect others.
