Gender Identity Harassment In The Workplace

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or EEOC, has defined bias against employees due to their gender identity as illegal based upon sex discrimination. This ruling makes it imperative for all employers to provide training on harassment and discrimination that covers gender identity.

Upon clearly defining gender identity discrimination, this course teaches the steps employers must take to be compliant with the EEOC mandate regarding gender identity harassment and discrimination.
