Keep It Job Related: The Key To Stopping Workplace Discrimination

Managers and supervisors are only human, and as such, have biases even if they don’t realize it or don’t think they do. As a manager or supervisor, it is important every decision made at work and about your team members is strictly job-related. As humans, we naturally have biases toward people like us and biases against those unlike us, so being an effective manager often requires some reflection and objective decision-making as part of your process.
