This Activity will help you achieve the following objective: Team members learn how to monitor and measure their own performance.

This action is made for teams and is designed to help improve your feedback capabilities. As a team, team members perform this action with each other. By performing this action team members learn how to monitor and measure their own performance. As a team you will work together to help each other create performance measures you can monitor on your own.

Completing the Activity on the job should take you 2 to 3 hours.
