Diversity and Inclusion In the Workplace: An Animated Example

This animated video takes the serious topic of diversity and inclusion and lightens it just enough so it seems new and fresh to those who have had similar training. The narrative is used to underscore the importance of not only diversity, but inclusion in the workplace.

Hiring others regardless of differences is a great, but this training takes diversity to the next level by highlighting the benefits of inclusion. The emotions experienced by the penguins and other birds are explored as they look for ways to unite. The penguins learn how hiring others birds and not allowing them to be who they are limits everyone's productivity and efficiency.

This animated example of the benefits diversity and inclusion bring to the workplace is a great way to encourage discussion of the topic and bring the issues to mind in a non-traditional way.
