Overview

To many customers, the salesperson is the face of the business, which consequently impacts their impression of the organization. In this training course, retail employees are taught these four important areas of sales: why it’s important to look and act professionally, how to acknowledge and greet customers, selling to customers, and helping customers stay informed.

With this course, viewers learn how to look and act to make good first impressions with their customers. They learn the importance of knowing their products and using active listening to make customers feel seen and heard. Throughout the module, discussion questions are used to help guide discussion amongst the trainees. Trainees are encouraged to draw from their own experiences as customers and think about their best and worst sales interactions.

Use this training to help set your salespeople up for success and help them gain confidence in sales.
