Workplace Bullying

Bullying takes many forms. It can either be easily recognized or hard to see if you are not aware of the behaviors to look for. Workplace bullying differs from traditional schoolyard bullying in that it operates within the established policies of the workplace. This online training course covers understanding and identifying workplace bullying behavior and the impacts to the company, as well as strategies for prevention.

By taking this course, employees learn the definition of workplace bullying and the different mediums in which it can occur, such as verbal, non-verbal, email, text messaging, and social media. The course reviews how bullying can negatively affect employees and the whole organization. It explores the different types of bullying and bullies themselves.

After taking this training, employees will have a better grasp of what workplace bullying is, how to identify bullying behavior, and how to prevent and report workplace aggressions.
