A Manager's Guide to Surviving the Slings & Arrows (Legal & Behavioral Challenges of Management)

This training takes managers through strategies for coping with the challenges of having a leadership role. During the video, different scenarios of a manager’s role are illustrated. This video demonstrates the ways for those in authority roles to approach anything from hiring to equal employment opportunity, to termination.

The training is broken down into several sections including; Introduction; Hiring Equal Employment Opportunity, Workplace Harassment, Termination, Performance Management, and Conclusion. At the end of the training, several managers explain what it means to be a fair and effective manager. Managers walk away with the knowledge that although there are challenges within their roles, there are ways to deal with them efficiently.
