Neurodiversity At Work

Every team member has their own unique style of working. Neurodiversity is a less-often considered type of diversity present in the workplace. Increasing our understanding of neurodiversity strengthens our organizations and, at the same time, allows our neurodivergent colleagues to perform to their potential. This video training explores neurodiversity in the workplace.

This training explains neurodiversity. Viewers learn about strengths and weaknesses that may exist for some types of neurodiversity. This training shows examples of some famous and successful people that are neurodivergent. Viewers learn how to support coworkers and clients with different needs.

Use this video to educate employees about neurodiversity in the workplace and how best to support neurodivergent clients and coworkers.
